Balsamic Grilled Chicken

Lone Star Grill – Delicious recipes


– ¼ cup of canola oil
– ¼ cup of balsamic vinegar
– ½ cup of onion, chopped
– 3 cloves garlic, chopped
– ½ teaspoon of salt
– ½ teaspoon of freshly-ground black pepper
– 4 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
– 1 tablespoon of chopped Italian parsley


– In a large, non-reactive bowl, combine the canola oil, balsamic vinegar, chopped onion, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
– Add the chicken breasts and allow to marinate for 1-2 hours.
– Heat the grill.
– Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade; discard the marinade.
– Grill the chicken breasts until done.
– Sprinkle with chopped Italian parsley before serving.
